CORN HARVESTING HEADER

Elibol Corn Header is a specially designed machine developed for grain corn harvesting and operates coupled with a combine harvester. During grain corn harvesting, grain losses that may occur on the corn header are minimized. Thanks to simple modifications made on the mounting kit, it is designed to be compatible with all brands and models of combine harvesters. The stalk choppers, which can be engaged or disengaged by means of an adjustment lever, perform the stalk cutting process efficiently with low power consumption using two tungsten carbide-coated blades mounted on a large-diameter steel disc. With the help of a remote control system, the operator can adjust the header plate openings without leaving the cab. The feeding chains, designed to guarantee operation under the heaviest working conditions, perform their duties smoothly without requiring adjustment thanks to the automatic tensioning system. Optional side augers increase the product gathering performance of the header.
