HMS DISC PNEUMATIC PRECISION PLANTING MACHINES allow all kinds of seeds to be planted precisely, in the desired planting interval and row spacing. It can be manufactured as 4-6-8 rows upon request. The seed bed is opened by means of a disc in planting units. There are 2 discs made of special material in each planting unit. Thanks to the disc type planting units and the cutting discs that can be mounted in front of the chassis, it can work in fields with processed or semi-processed stem residues. Since the transmission of the movement received from the wheel to the planting units is done by the shaft mechanism, precise planting can be done in row spacings. Thanks to the rubber wheels located on both sides of the planting units, depth adjustment can be made precisely in all kinds of soil conditions. The seed is compressed by means of V pressure wheels located behind the unit. The pressure and angle applied by the rear pressure wheel can be adjusted by means of a spring. V pressure wheels prevent the formation of a layer of crust in the soil. Disc planting units allow early ripening planting. Disc-footed pneumatic planting machines are suitable for planting on ridges. They do not damage the ridges. Since the seed bed is opened by rotating discs, it does not harden. It is suitable for plant development and does not put too much load on the tractor. The units easily switch to road and work status when desired. Different accessories can be installed as desired. It is a planting machine that provides time saving and high efficiency with its high working speed and excellent performance. Our machine, which is produced without fertilizer, only has the feature of throwing seeds.
