BALER MACHINE

Elibol Baler Machine collects the crop residues and stalks left on the field by the combine harvester from the ground surface, passes them through the chopping unit (chopper), and after binding them with the twine tying unit, converts them into straw bales. The bales left on the field can be easily transported and stacked thanks to their lightweight structure and strong twine binding. Our baler machine range differs within itself depending on the functions performed. The products are classified as: 3-twine baler with chopper, 3-twine GOLD baler with chopper, 2-twine baler without chopper, and 2-twine GOLD baler without chopper. When the chopping unit is removed, our standard-type 3-twine balers and wide-table GOLD-type balers are also capable of baling crops such as alfalfa, vetch, and sainfoin. The machine converts the stalks remaining in the field after harvesting cereals such as wheat, barley, oats, and rye, as well as forage crops such as vetch, sainfoin, and alfalfa, into bales of straw and stalks. The power required for operation is transmitted from the tractor PTO shaft via the driveline. It operates quietly and efficiently. In addition, thanks to the hydraulic system located on the pickup section, the collecting unit can be easily adjusted by moving it up and down. Thus, the operator can conveniently control the pickup according to the field surface directly from the tractor, minimizing crop residues left on the field surface. By selecting appropriate power transmission units on the machines, the tractor power requirement has been reduced to a minimum. EMS 003 Baler Machine is manufactured with a different main body, chassis, and bale compression chamber, using thicker and stronger materials. The flywheel is designed to minimize tractor power requirements, and the bearing located at its hub eliminates the risks of wear and separation in case of shear bolt failure. All products manufactured by our company are supplied with test reports, industrial registration certificates, and manufacturing certificates.
