SIDE GEARBOXES Right-angle gearboxes and cardan shaft couplings reduce the need for maintenance and make the gearboxes more reliable than chain drives. REMOVABLE CHOPPERS WITH HANDLES Each chopper, equipped with large-diameter steel discs with tungsten carbide-edged blades for efficient cutting, is mounted in a central rear position and connected directly to the harvest drive gearbox. The choppers can be removed using pliers or a screwdriver. CHAIN ??TENSION ADJUSTMENT The harvester chain tension is controlled by a robust, simple bolt system that ensures optimum reliability in all operating conditions. ADJUSTABLE BLADES Four reversible, adjustable blades are made of tungsten carbide-edged steel. Securely bolted blades for easy maintenance enhance the harvesting experience. HARVEST ROLLERS The rollers are supported from the front and equipped with handle roller spirals to ensure smooth, consistent handle collection. A scraper blade prevents the grass from wrapping around the roller.
