Elibol CRUSHER 1500 Stone Crusher operates via the tractor PTO shaft. Mounted on the tractor’s hydraulic three-point linkage, the stone crusher breaks stones located on the field surface and at depths of 12–20 cm below the soil using specially designed imported diamond blades. The crushing process is carried out between 32 diamond blades and a 25 mm thick HARDOX crushing jaw. The internal structure of the machine is equipped with 12 mm thick wear-resistant HARDOX steel plates. The machine is suitable for use in stony fields, orchards, greenhouses, coastal areas, and all types of land with high stone density that can be made suitable for agriculture. By crushing stones on the field surface, the soil becomes suitable for agricultural and special-purpose use, while minerals contained in the stones are released into the soil. As a result, agricultural productivity increases and the need for chemical fertilizers is reduced. The stone crushing and spreading machine incorporates surface stones up to 20 cm into the soil, enabling maximum efficiency. Designed and developed to provide high productivity and workability in stony lands, the stone crusher ensures optimum yield. It can also be used in road construction and maintenance works.
